Getting Ready for Your Inn Of The Mountain Gods Resort & Casino Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at a high-elevation resort property in the Sacramento Mountains.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Plan for the drive to the remote mountain location, allow extra travel time from Ruidoso or regional airports, and arrive early for events.

• Dress in layers. The high-altitude mountain setting can bring cooler temperatures and larger temperature swings than lower elevations, especially in cooler months.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Most guests arrive by personal vehicle, and the mountain setting makes advance timing important for a relaxed arrival.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
