Charlotte Invitational Tickets

An indoor tennis showcase in the heart of Uptown Charlotte creates a different kind of electricity—close sightlines, fast-paced points, and a crowd that’s there to see star power up close. Whether you’ve followed it for years or you’re planning your first one, Charlotte Invitational tickets put you inside the live, arena-style tennis experience at Spectrum Center.

This page covers everything you need — from understanding how Charlotte Invitational works to finding the right tickets and knowing what to expect when you arrive.

About Charlotte Invitational

The Charlotte Invitational is an annual professional tennis exhibition held in early December at Spectrum Center in Charlotte, North Carolina. Staged as a marquee one-day event, it brings world-class players to the “Queen City,” giving fans in a market without a regular tour stop a chance to watch elite tennis in a relaxed, high-energy showcase setting.

The event is built around an exhibition format with a compact field of headline talent—recent editions have featured four marquee players—competing in showcase singles, with some editions including mixed or doubles exhibition play. Because it’s an exhibition, the emphasis is on entertainment and star access rather than ranking points or a traditional multi-round bracket.

Recent and announced lineups have included Madison Keys, Frances Tiafoe, Venus Williams, and Taylor Fritz, delivering big-name appeal in an intimate indoor arena configuration. With Spectrum Center’s energized atmosphere and close-to-the-court viewing, the Charlotte Invitational is designed for a fan-forward night of tennis. If you’re planning to attend Charlotte Invitational, browsing tickets early is the smartest move.

How Much Do Charlotte Invitational Tickets Cost?

Charlotte Invitational tickets typically range from around $40–$75 for upper-level seating to $200–$400+ or more for lower-bowl and premium courtside seats, with premium packages running higher.

Prices are most influenced by the announced lineup’s star power, how close your seats are to the court, the seating level, and how close to the event date you buy. If you’re looking for value, upper-bowl listings are typically the most affordable way to get in the door, while courtside and prime lower-bowl inventory is where demand concentrates first.

No hidden fees. At Box Office Ticket Sales, the price you see is the price you pay. All fees are shown before checkout — no surprise charges when you reach the final step.

Getting Ready for Charlotte Invitational Match Day

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation goes a long way — especially for a downtown, indoor arena event where entry flow and mobile access matter.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Cellular service near large events can get congested on match days. Save them to your phone's wallet or screenshot them as a backup.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is the standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having.
• Arrive early. Gates/doors typically open ahead of the scheduled start time, so give yourself extra time for entry and security, especially on high-demand dates.
• Public Transit: Spectrum Center is served by the CATS LYNX Blue Line light rail and bus routes in Uptown Charlotte, with nearby stations within walking distance.
• Rideshare: Use the designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones in the Uptown area near the arena, and plan ahead for post-event traffic.
• Bag Policy: Spectrum Center enforces a clear-bag policy. Small clutch bags within size limits are permitted, while larger and non-clear bags are prohibited.
• Payment/Cashless: Bring a card or mobile payment — Spectrum Center is a cashless venue, with cash-to-card conversion available on-site.
• What to Bring: Bring your mobile ticket, a permitted clear bag, and a light layer for the climate-controlled indoor arena.
• Parking: Multiple parking decks and lots are available throughout Uptown Charlotte near the arena.
