Kansas City Current Tickets

Match day at CPKC Stadium feels personal in the best way — a steep-sided, modern bowl on the Berkley Riverfront that keeps the crowd close to the pitch, with downtown Kansas City and the Missouri River framing the experience. Whether you’ve followed the club since the early seasons or you’re planning your first visit, Kansas City Current tickets put you inside one of the NWSL’s most electric home atmospheres.

This page covers everything you need — from choosing the right seats at CPKC Stadium to knowing what to expect when you arrive on match day.

About the Kansas City Current

The Kansas City Current are a National Women’s Soccer League (NWSL) club based in Kansas City, Missouri. Founded in 2020 and beginning play in 2021, the Current have quickly climbed into the league’s top tier — highlighted by winning the 2024 NWSL Shield after finishing atop the regular-season standings. The club also reached the 2022 NWSL Championship final. On the field, the Current have featured stars like Debinha, Lo'eau LaBonta, Temwa Chawinga, and Vanessa DiBernardo, with Chawinga setting an NWSL single-season scoring record and earning NWSL MVP in 2024.

Kansas City plays home matches at CPKC Stadium, a purpose-built venue that opened in 2024 with a capacity of approximately 11,500. Located on the Berkley Riverfront, the stadium is known for its intimate, loud, and modern design — including an intentionally tight seating bowl built to maximize atmosphere, plus river and skyline views that make match day feel like an event from the moment you arrive.

Rivalry-driven matchups can be some of the toughest tickets to find, especially against Chicago Stars FC, Portland Thorns FC, and Houston Dash. If there’s a specific rivalry match you’re targeting, browsing Kansas City Current tickets early is the smartest move.

Kansas City Sports Teams

Kansas City is a passionate sports town, and it’s easy to build an entire weekend around a big match day at CPKC Stadium — especially if you’re pairing it with another live event in the metro area.

How Much Do Kansas City Current Tickets Cost?

Kansas City Current tickets typically range from around $30–$50 for upper and end sections to $80–$150+ or more for premium sideline, field-level, and club seating, with suites and hospitality packages running higher.

Prices move most for matchup-driven demand — rivalry opponents, marquee games, and matches with playoff implications can all push costs up. Date and day of week also matter, and demand can be strong because CPKC Stadium frequently sells out, so shopping early can help you lock in better value.

No hidden fees. At Box Office Ticket Sales, the price you see is the price you pay. All fees are shown before checkout — no surprise charges when you reach the final step.

Best Seats for Kansas City Current Games

The right seat depends on what kind of match day experience you're after:

  • Best value: Upper rows and corner/end sections behind the goals — elevated angles, strong crowd energy, and a lower price point
  • Closest to the action: Lower seating level wrapping the pitch — you’ll feel the speed and intensity up close
  • Best overall view: Center sideline sections at midfield — clean sightlines and a great feel for how plays develop across the pitch
  • For groups and premium experiences: Suites, field-level club seating, and premium hospitality areas — added comfort and space for entertaining

If you’re organizing a group outing or targeting a high-demand matchup, it’s smart to lock in seats early so everyone can sit together.

The map lets you compare sections side by side, check row depth and distance from the pitch, and see real-time pricing for what's currently available — all before you commit to a purchase.

Can I See Where My Seats Are?

Yes. The interactive seat map on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com shows your exact section and row placement before you buy. Use it to get a clear picture of your sightline, whether you're positioned near midfield or behind a goal, and how close you'll be to the pitch — so the seat you choose matches what you're actually looking for.

Getting Ready for Kansas City Current Match Day

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation goes a long way — especially at an in-demand venue like CPKC Stadium, where strong crowds can make entry and getting settled feel busier close to kickoff.

  • Download your tickets before you leave. Mobile service near CPKC Stadium gets congested on match days. Save them to your phone's wallet or screenshot them as a backup.
  • Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is the standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having.
  • Arrive early. Give yourself extra time for entry and security, especially on high-demand nights.
  • Public Transit: Use public transit if you can — it’s often faster than driving on match day. CPKC Stadium is served by the KC Streetcar extension and area transit connections to downtown Kansas City.
  • Rideshare: Use the designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones near the stadium, and plan for slower post-match pickups.
  • Parking: On-site and nearby riverfront lots are available, and arriving early is recommended on match days.
  • Bag Policy: CPKC Stadium follows a clear-bag policy. Small clutch bags are permitted, while larger non-clear bags are prohibited.
  • Payment/Cashless: Bring a card or mobile payment — CPKC Stadium is cashless, with cash-to-card conversion available.
  • Re-entry: Re-entry is not permitted — plan to stay once you're inside.
