How Much Do Tickets to WakeMed Soccer Park Cost?

WakeMed Soccer Park ticket prices vary significantly depending on the type of event, the team or matchup, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from youth and amateur tournaments to national team and championship events.

For professional soccer, including NWSL and USL regular-season matches, tickets are often in the approximate $15–$50 range depending on the section and matchup. Seat location matters, with sections closer to midfield typically drawing stronger demand.

For marquee matches, national team events, and championship events, prices are often higher and can start around $40 or more. Demand, opponent, event prestige, and proximity to midfield can all push prices upward.

Youth and amateur tournaments are often low-cost or free admission, depending on the event format and ticketing setup.

Buying earlier generally secures better seat selection and pricing for higher-demand matches. As inventory shrinks and the date approaches, prices for the best remaining sections can rise, especially for marquee matchups and championship events.

WakeMed Soccer Park Seating Guide

WakeMed Soccer Park’s main stadium uses single-tier grandstand seating arranged along the pitch, so seat selection often comes down to proximity to the touchline, angle to midfield, and overall view of the field.

Best Seats at WakeMed Soccer Park

• Best value: End sections and upper-row sideline seats are typically the most affordable areas, while still keeping fans inside the atmosphere of the main stadium.
• Closest to the action: Front-row sideline seats place fans closest to the touchline, making them a strong choice for supporters who want to feel near the pace of play.
• Best overall experience: Center sideline sections at midfield offer the best overall sightlines, with a balanced view of the full field and both attacking ends.
• For groups: Group options vary by event, and the venue’s intimate scale can work well for coordinated outings when seats are selected early for higher-demand matches.
• General admission: General admission is offered for some events and tournaments, giving fans a flexible way to experience select match days and multi-field events.

Getting Ready for Your WakeMed Soccer Park Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at an outdoor soccer complex with on-site parking and open-air seating.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the gate without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. For larger matches and tournaments, on-site parking can fill and exit queues can form after events, so building in extra arrival time is helpful.
• Wear the right footwear. WakeMed Soccer Park is an outdoor grass complex, so expect walking across the park and open-air seating. Supportive shoes are a smart choice.
• Dress in layers. During the spring-through-fall season, sun, heat, rain, and evening temperature changes can all affect comfort at an outdoor venue.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Larger events can create heavier parking demand and slower post-event exits, especially when multiple fields are active.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
