Columbus Crew Tickets

Match day at Lower.com Field is loud, fast, and unmistakably Columbus—especially when the Nordecke gets rolling with drums, banners, and chants in a stadium built to keep noise trapped close to the pitch. Whether you've followed the team for years or you're planning your first game, Columbus Crew tickets put you inside one of MLS’s best downtown atmospheres.

This page covers everything you need — from choosing the right seats at Lower.com Field to knowing what to expect when you arrive on match day.

About the Columbus Crew

The Columbus Crew are one of Major League Soccer’s defining clubs, founded in 1994 and beginning play in 1996 as one of the league’s original ten charter franchises. The Crew have won three MLS Cup championships (2008, 2020, 2023), plus two Supporters’ Shields (2004, 2008) and the 2002 U.S. Open Cup. Across the club’s eras, notable names include Guillermo Barros Schelotto, Brian McBride, Federico Higuaín, and Lucas Zelarayán.

The Crew play at Lower.com Field, a modern, soccer-specific downtown Columbus venue in the Astor Park / Arena District that opened in 2021 and holds approximately 20,371 fans. The stadium’s partially covered canopy, premium club spaces, and noise-focused design help create an intense home environment—especially with the Nordecke anchoring the energy from the north corner.

Rivalry fixtures are a major driver of demand, led by FC Cincinnati in the “Hell is Real” derby. Other matchups that can draw extra attention include games against Chicago Fire FC, Toronto FC, and D.C. United. If there's a specific rivalry game you're targeting, browsing Columbus Crew tickets early is the smartest move.

Columbus Sports Teams

Columbus is a strong sports town, and it’s easy to build an entire weekend around a match—pairing a Crew game with other major events around the Arena District and beyond.

How Much Do Columbus Crew Tickets Cost?

Columbus Crew tickets typically range from around $25–$40 for upper-level and end seating to $70–$150+ or more for midfield lower-bowl and club seats, with suites and hospitality packages running higher.

Prices tend to climb for rivalry matches (especially FC Cincinnati), weekend dates, games with playoff implications, and marquee opponents or national TV windows. For value, look at less in-demand opponents and weekday fixtures, and consider upper-level corners, end seating, or the supporters’ areas.

No hidden fees. At Box Office Ticket Sales, the price you see is the price you pay. All fees are shown before checkout — no surprise charges when you reach the final step.

Columbus Crew Seating at Lower.com Field

Lower.com Field was designed as a soccer-specific stadium with a two-tier bowl that keeps fans close to the pitch, and its canopy and overall layout help amplify crowd noise. Whether you want the full tactical view, supporter energy, or a premium experience on the sidelines, the stadium offers a range of seating options for different budgets and match day styles.

Best Seats for Columbus Crew Games

The right seat depends on what kind of match day experience you're after:

  • Best value: Upper-level corner and end sections — elevated views of the pitch, strong crowd energy, and an easier price point
  • Closest to the action: The continuous lower seating level wrapping the pitch — feel the pace up close as play moves from touchline to touchline
  • Best overall view: Midfield sideline sections in the lower bowl — excellent sightlines near midfield to track spacing and see attacks develop across the pitch
  • For groups and premium experiences: Field-level and club seating, loge/field clubs along the sidelines, and premium suites — added comfort and a great option for groups or special occasions

If you’re organizing a group outing—or targeting a high-demand rivalry—locking in seats early is the easiest way to keep everyone together.

Lower.com Field Seating Chart

You can view an interactive seating map directly on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com while you browse available listings. The map lets you compare sections side by side, check row depth and distance from the pitch, and see real-time pricing for what's currently available — all before you commit to a purchase.

Can I See Where My Seats Are?

Yes. The interactive seat map on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com shows your exact section and row placement before you buy. Use it to get a clear picture of your sightline, whether you're positioned near midfield or behind a goal, and how close you'll be to the pitch — so the seat you choose matches what you're actually looking for.

Getting Ready for Columbus Crew Match Day

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation goes a long way — especially in a busy downtown district where arrival timing, entry lines, and post-match traffic can all add up.

  • Download your tickets before you leave. Mobile service near Lower.com Field gets congested on match days. Save them to your phone's wallet or screenshot them as a backup.
  • Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is the standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having.
  • Arrive early. Gates typically open around 90 minutes before the opening whistle—give yourself extra time for entry and security, especially on high-demand match days.
  • Use public transit if you can. Lower.com Field is accessible via COTA bus routes and the CBUS downtown circulator, and it’s walkable from downtown.
  • Plan your rideshare pickup point. Use the designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones near the stadium in the Arena District, and expect post-match pickups to take longer than usual.
  • Check the bag policy before you go. A clear-bag policy is in effect, with clear bags up to a standard size limit permitted along with small clutch-sized non-clear bags; outside food/drink and large bags are prohibited.
  • Bring a card or mobile payment — Lower.com Field is cashless. Credit/debit and mobile payments are accepted, with cash-to-card kiosks available.
