About Toronto FC II

Toronto FC II bring affordable, family-friendly soccer to Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Founded in 2014, the club competes in MLS NEXT Pro and serves as the reserve and developmental side for Toronto FC (Major League Soccer)—a direct pathway from the Toronto FC Academy to the first team. For many fans, the appeal is simple: you’re watching emerging talent in meaningful professional minutes, often before they make the jump to MLS.

Toronto FC II home matches have been played at BMO Training Ground / York Lions Stadium, in a setting designed around development and a close-up view of the match. The experience is typically more intimate than top-division soccer, with smaller crowds and a focus on the on-field product—ideal if you like following academy prospects, young professionals, and occasional first-team rehab appearances.

Because MLS NEXT Pro is built around player progression, matchups can be a great way to follow the broader Toronto FC system and see how future contributors develop over a season. For fans planning a specific date, browsing Toronto FC II tickets early is a smart way to lock in the sections and price points you prefer.
