About Carolina Core FC

Carolina Core FC bring affordable, family-friendly soccer to High Point, North Carolina as a proud member of MLS NEXT Pro. Founded in 2022 and beginning competition in the league in 2024, the club represents the Piedmont Triad region while competing in a professional league built for player development and a clear pathway to higher levels of the sport.

Carolina Core FC plays home matches at Truist Point, a downtown High Point venue that opened in 2019 and holds approximately 5,000 fans. Located in the heart of the city’s revitalized downtown district, Truist Point was originally built as a baseball venue (home of the High Point Rockers) and also hosts soccer and other events.

As an independent MLS NEXT Pro club (rather than an MLS reserve affiliate), Carolina Core FC emphasizes a professional pathway that includes players advancing from its affiliated youth programs in High Point and the surrounding Piedmont Triad area. For the best selection on popular dates, browsing Carolina Core FC tickets early is the smartest move.
