This page covers everything you need — from choosing the right seats at accesso ShoWare Center to knowing what to expect when you arrive on match day.

About the Tacoma Stars

The Tacoma Stars bring professional indoor (arena) soccer to the Pacific Northwest as members of the Major Arena Soccer League (MASL). The original Tacoma Stars franchise dates to 1983, and the modern franchise revived the name in 2015, carrying forward a nostalgic identity that resonates with long-time indoor soccer fans in the region. One of the notable names associated with the Stars is Nick Perera, a prominent indoor soccer forward and league All-Star.

Tacoma Stars home matches are played at accesso ShoWare Center in Kent, Washington, in the greater Tacoma–Seattle metro area. Opened in 2009, the modern multipurpose arena seats approximately 6,500 for arena events and delivers an intimate environment where fans sit close to the fast-paced indoor action on the turf (indoor arena field). The building also hosts other sports and live events, adding to its game-night-ready feel.

As an independent professional franchise (no parent-team affiliation), Tacoma is built around arena soccer’s unique pace and style, with a platform for indoor specialists, converted outdoor players, and local/regional talent. When you have a specific date you’re targeting, browsing Tacoma Stars tickets early is a smart way to lock in the best fit for your budget and sightline.

Prices can move based on the opponent, the date and day of week, playoff implications, promotional nights, and demand for premium seating near the field. Tacoma Stars Seating at accesso ShoWare Center

accesso ShoWare Center features a single primary seating bowl surrounding the arena floor, creating a close-to-the-action feel that matches the speed of indoor soccer. With lower seating rings near the turf and higher rows set farther back, you can choose between being right on top of the action or taking in a wider view of the full indoor field.

Best Seats for Tacoma Stars Games

The right seat depends on what kind of match day experience you're after:

  • Best value: Upper and corner sections farthest from the action — elevated full view, crowd energy, lower price point
  • Closest to the action: Lower seating rings close to the playing surface — feel the pace up close
  • Best overall view: Center sections along the sidelines at midfield — strong sightlines, plays developing across the turf (indoor arena field)
  • For groups and premium experiences: Suite/club-level seating areas typical of the arena — comfort and privacy for groups or special occasions

If you’re organizing a group outing or targeting a high-demand date, it helps to start your search early so you can keep everyone together.

You can view an interactive seating map directly on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com while you browse available listings. The map lets you compare sections side by side, check row depth and distance from the turf (indoor arena field), and see real-time pricing for what's currently available — all before you commit to a purchase.

Can I See Where My Seats Are?

Yes. The interactive seat map on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com shows your exact section and row placement before you buy. Use it to get a clear picture of your sightline, whether you're positioned near midfield or behind a goal, and how close you'll be to the turf (indoor arena field) — so the seat you choose matches what you're actually looking for.

Getting Ready for Tacoma Stars Match Day

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation goes a long way — especially in a smaller arena environment where entry lines and concourse traffic can build quickly close to start time.

  • Download your tickets before you leave. Mobile service near accesso ShoWare Center gets congested on match days. Save them to your phone's wallet or screenshot them as a backup.
  • Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is the standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having.
  • Arrive early. Give yourself extra time for entry and security, especially on high-demand nights.
  • Public Transit: Served by regional bus transit in the Kent area within the Seattle–Tacoma metro; nearby access to regional rail connections.
  • Rideshare: Designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones at the arena.
  • Bag Policy: Clear-bag and small-bag policies consistent with the arena's standard event policies; oversized bags and prohibited items restricted.
  • Bring a card or mobile payment — accesso ShoWare Center is cashless.
