Sarnia Sting Tickets

Progressive Auto Sales Arena comes alive on Sarnia game nights, with the kind of close-to-the-ice intensity that makes major junior hockey such a great live experience. Whether you’ve followed the team for years or you’re planning your first game, Sarnia Sting tickets put you inside the speed, skill, and energy of OHL hockey.

This page covers everything you need — from choosing the right seats at Progressive Auto Sales Arena to knowing what to expect when you arrive on game night.

About the Sarnia Sting

The Sarnia Sting bring affordable, family-friendly ice hockey to Sarnia, Ontario, as a major junior club in the Ontario Hockey League (OHL) under the Canadian Hockey League (CHL) umbrella. Founded in 1994, the Sting compete in the Western Conference, Midwest Division, and play an important role in developing elite prospects for the next level. The franchise has produced NHL talent, including Steven Stamkos (first overall pick in the 2008 NHL Draft) and Dylan Strome (a former Sting captain and top NHL draft pick).

Sarnia’s home venue is Progressive Auto Sales Arena (formerly RBC Centre, originally the Sarnia Sports and Entertainment Centre). Opened in 1998, the arena seats approximately 5,500 and delivers the up-close sightlines that make junior hockey so engaging. It’s a modern community hub for hockey in the region, with standard OHL amenities such as concessions, a team store, and premium seating options.

With the Sting recognized as a competitive Western Conference club in recent seasons and led by head coach Alan Letang, many fans come to see fast, up-tempo hockey and NHL-bound prospects in action. For popular matchups, weekend dates, and postseason games, browsing Sarnia Sting tickets early is the smartest move.

All OHL Teams

Box Office Ticket Sales carries tickets for every team in the OHL, which makes it easy to follow the Sting home schedule, plan road trips, or grab seats when a visiting rival comes to town. Browse all 20 OHL teams and compare matchups, venues, and ticket options in one place.

All OHL Arenas

Every OHL arena has its own personality, and Progressive Auto Sales Arena is a classic major junior setting where you can feel the game’s pace from just a few rows off the ice. If you’re following the Sting on the road (or catching another OHL matchup), you can also browse tickets across the league by venue.

How Much Do Sarnia Sting Tickets Cost?

Sarnia Sting tickets typically range from around $20 to $40 CAD for general seating to $40 or more for premium and center-ice seats, with suites and hospitality packages running higher.

Prices move most for opponent and rivalry games, weekend versus weekday dates, playoff games, and promotional/special event nights. If you’re trying to lock in a lower price point, comparing multiple dates and seat locations is one of the easiest ways to find strong value.

No hidden fees. At Box Office Ticket Sales, the price you see is the price you pay. All fees are shown before checkout — no surprise charges when you reach the final step.

Sarnia Sting Seating at Progressive Auto Sales Arena

Progressive Auto Sales Arena features a single-bowl layout typical of OHL-sized arenas, with lower seating wrapping around the ice. That design keeps sightlines tight and creates an intimate feel where every rush, hit, and scoring chance carries through the building.

Best Seats for Sarnia Sting Games

The right seat depends on what kind of game night experience you're after:

  • Best value: End-zone and corner sections — a budget-friendly way to take in the full flow of the game and the crowd energy
  • Closest to the action: Lower seating around the bowl — feel the pace up close and stay connected to play along the boards
  • Best overall view: Center-ice sections along the sides — strong sightlines from center ice so you can track breakouts, entries, and plays developing across the ice
  • For groups and premium experiences: Private suites and premium/club seating options — added comfort and a great fit for group outings or special occasions

If you’re organizing a group outing or targeting a high-demand matchup, it’s smart to line up seats early so everyone can sit together.

Can I See Where My Seats Are?

Yes. The interactive seat map on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com shows your exact section and row placement before you buy. Use it to get a clear picture of your sightline, whether you're positioned at center ice or behind a net, and how close you'll be to the ice — so the seat you choose matches what you're actually looking for.
