About the Colorado Grit

The Colorado Grit bring Tier II Junior hockey to Greeley, Colorado as members of the North American Hockey League (NAHL). Founded in 2023 as an NAHL expansion franchise, the Grit are part of a junior-development level built for players generally ages 16–20, with the league serving as a well-known pathway to NCAA hockey and beyond.

The team played home games at Greeley Ice Haus in Greeley, Colorado. Opened in 2006, the municipal ice facility has an approximately 1,000 capacity—an intimate setting that keeps you close to the ice and the pace of play. The City of Greeley ended its lease with the Grit, and the franchise announced plans to relocate for the 2026–27 season.

Minor league and junior hockey are all about affordability and access to the sport up close—great for families, groups, and fans who want a fast-paced night out. If you have a specific date or matchup in mind, browsing Colorado Grit tickets early is a smart way to land the best available seat options.
