How Much Do Tickets to Merry-Go-Round Playhouse Cost?

Merry-Go-Round Playhouse ticket prices vary significantly depending on the type of event, the production, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from youth theatre productions to full-scale Broadway-style musicals.

Musical theatre productions at Merry-Go-Round Playhouse typically fall into mid-range single-ticket pricing common for regional professional theatre. Popular titles, preferred seat locations, and weekend performances can drive demand higher within the available inventory.

Youth theatre productions are typically lower-priced, offering an accessible way to experience stage performances from The REV Theatre Co. and its youth programming.

Buying earlier in a production’s run generally gives you better seat selection, especially for popular titles and weekend performances. As inventory shrinks and the performance date approaches, the best remaining seat options can become more limited.

Getting Ready for Your Merry-Go-Round Playhouse Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at a lakeside park venue where arrival includes parking and walking to the theatre.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Arrive with time to park within Emerson Park and walk to the playhouse before curtain.
• Wear the right footwear. The venue sits within a lakeside park, so expect outdoor park grounds and walking from parking to the theatre. Supportive shoes make arrival and departure more comfortable.
• Dress in layers. Because the setting is on Owasco Lake, arrival and departure involve outdoor exposure, and cooler evenings near the water can feel different after the performance.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Give yourself enough time for the drive into Emerson Park, parking, and the walk to the playhouse before the show begins.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
