About Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase

The Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase is an annual women’s college basketball showcase hosted by the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame. The 2026 edition is scheduled for Tuesday, November 24th, 2026 at Mohegan Sun Arena in Uncasville, Connecticut, delivering a neutral-site atmosphere that’s become a major late-November destination for fans who want high-level matchups in one trip. The 2026 event marks the 13th annual Hall of Fame Women’s Showcase, and it’s established itself as a premier early-season date for women’s college basketball.

The format is built for maximum impact: a single-day doubleheader featuring top-ranked programs in regular-season non-conference games, played back-to-back under standard NCAA women’s basketball rules (four 10-minute quarters per game). While there’s no prize purse, the stakes are real—these results matter for national rankings, NET ratings, and NCAA Tournament seeding résumés, and the matchups bring major prestige and national attention.

In 2026, the headliners include the UConn Huskies, South Carolina Gamecocks, and UCLA Bruins—three programs that have combined to win nine of the last 13 Division I national championships. The setting helps elevate the experience, too: Mohegan Sun Arena (opened 2001) is located within the Mohegan Sun resort and casino complex, and it’s also home to the WNBA’s Connecticut Sun. If you're planning to attend Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase, browsing tickets early is the smartest move.

How Much Do Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase Tickets Cost?

Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase tickets typically range from around $25–$40 for upper-level seating to $100+ or more for premium lower-level and courtside seats, with premium packages running higher.

Pricing is driven mostly by seat location (courtside vs. upper level), the marquee matchups and ranking power of the participating programs, and overall demand for a high-profile doubleheader—especially as game day gets closer. If you’re looking for strong value, upper-level seats are often the most budget-friendly way to be in the building, while premium lower-level and courtside locations are the go-to options for fans who want to be as close to the court as possible.

Getting Ready for Basketball Hall of Fame Women's Showcase Game Day

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation goes a long way — especially for a busy doubleheader in a resort-style destination where crowds build quickly near tip-off.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Cellular service near large events can get congested on game days. Save them to your phone's wallet or screenshot them as a backup.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is the standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having.
• Arrive early. Doors typically open 1–1.5 hours prior to tip-off, and the 2026 showcase is listed with a 5:00pm start. Give yourself extra time for entry and security.
• Rideshare. Designated rideshare pickup/drop-off zones are available at the resort complex.
• Bag policy. Mohegan Sun Arena enforces a restricted bag policy; small bags are subject to search, and large bags and backpacks are generally prohibited. Clear-bag guidelines may apply for certain events.
• Payment. The arena operates largely cashless for concessions and retail, with cash-to-card options available on-site.
• Parking. On-site parking is available in the resort's garages and lots, generally free for guests.
• What to bring. Bring your mobile ticket on a smartphone, a valid ID, and a small permitted bag if needed, and dress comfortably for an indoor arena setting.
