About Trinity Health Stadium

Trinity Health Stadium is an open-air soccer-specific stadium located at the historic Dillon Stadium site in Hartford, Connecticut. Dillon Stadium originally dates to the 1930s, and the site was extensively rebuilt and reopened in 2019 for Hartford Athletic. The venue has a capacity of approximately 5,500 and is owned by the City of Hartford, with operations in partnership with Hartford Sports Group, owner of Hartford Athletic.

The stadium anchors professional soccer in Connecticut’s capital, serving as the home of Hartford Athletic in the USL Championship. Its event calendar centers on professional soccer, with additional soccer matches and events, ultimate frisbee, and outdoor festivals including the Capital City Music and Beer Festival. The stadium’s compact design gives it an intimate, close-to-the-action feel around the outdoor pitch.

Set near the historic Colt complex along the Connecticut River, Trinity Health Stadium is part of a broader mixed-use redevelopment of the Dillon Stadium site in Hartford’s Colt Park/Sheldon-Charter Oak area.
