Getting Ready for Your The Arcadia Live Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially for downtown parking and open-air deck performances.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Plan to arrive in time for the posted gate-opening, such as 6:30 pm for the weekly series, so you can find downtown parking and settle in before showtime.
• Dress in layers. Outdoor on-deck music events are exposed to Texas Hill Country evening weather, so layers and weather-appropriate clothing are advisable for open-air performances.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Downtown Kerrville parking is typically handled through street parking and nearby lots, so arriving early gives you more time before the music begins.
• Know your entrance. The Arcadia Live fronts Water Street in downtown Kerrville, making the main Water Street entrance the practical arrival point for guests.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
