About Segra Field

Segra Field is a purpose-built outdoor soccer stadium located at Bolen Park in Leesburg, Virginia. Opened in 2019, it serves as the home of Loudoun United FC, a USL Championship club connected to the D.C. United organization. The stadium has a capacity of approximately 5,034, including about 168 premium seats, with configurations that can adjust for concerts and other non-soccer events.

Beyond matchdays, Segra Field also hosts concerts, festivals, and corporate events scheduled around the soccer calendar. Its modest size helps create an up-close viewing experience, giving fans clear sightlines across the field and a community-oriented atmosphere in outer Loudoun County.

As the primary professional soccer venue for Loudoun County and the outer Washington, D.C. metro area, Segra Field is known for Loudoun United FC matches and its compact, modern stadium design.

Location & Transportation

Segra Field is located at 42405 Claudia Dr, Leesburg, VA 20175 — inside Bolen Park in outer Loudoun County, beyond the Washington Metro rail network.

Driving and Parking: Segra Field is primarily reached by car via the Leesburg-area road network. On-site and adjacent parking are available within Bolen Park, making driving the most practical option for most visitors. Arriving early is recommended so you have time to park, walk to the gates, and enter before kickoff or showtime.

Transit: Direct public transit access is limited, and the venue sits outside the Washington Metro rail system. Fans relying on transit should plan carefully and allow extra time for connections into the Leesburg area.

Rideshare: Rideshare drop-off and pickup are available for events at Segra Field. Because the stadium is in an outer-suburban location, rideshare availability can be more limited than it is at urban venues, especially after high-attendance events.

Nearby Accommodation: Hotels are available in and around Leesburg and the broader Loudoun County area. Additional lodging options can be found toward Dulles and Ashburn for visitors coming from outside the region.

Venue Navigation

Segra Field has a compact single-bowl layout, which makes it straightforward to move from the main gates to seating areas. Understanding the stadium’s simple layout in advance helps you choose seats with the field view, proximity, and event-day experience you want.

Entrances and Access: Main entrance gates lead into the stadium from within Bolen Park. From there, guests enter a single-bowl venue designed around the soccer field.

Seating Levels: Seating is organized in a compact bowl with general seating and premium seating areas. The stadium includes approximately 168 premium seats, and its scale keeps fans close to the pitch throughout the venue.

Getting to Your Section: Segra Field’s small footprint makes sections easy to reach from the main concourse. For soccer matches, front-row sideline and end seating put fans close to the field, while center sideline areas offer a broader view across play.

How Much Do Tickets to Segra Field Cost?

Segra Field ticket prices vary widely depending on the type of event, the artist or team, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from Loudoun United FC soccer matches to concerts, festivals, and premium hospitality experiences.

For Loudoun United FC soccer matches, general seating can start around approximately $15–$35, depending on the opponent, match date, demand, and seat location. Standard sideline and end seating are typically among the most accessible options for fans looking for value.

Premium and hospitality seating at Segra Field is approximately $72 per ticket. These premium options include a strong vantage point of the entire field, buffet access from gates open through halftime, and drink tickets.

Concert and festival pricing varies by event. Demand, event type, stage setup, and available seating configuration can all affect pricing for non-soccer events at the stadium.

Buying earlier generally secures better seat selection and pricing, especially for higher-demand matches and events. As inventory shrinks and the event date approaches, the best remaining sections can rise in price as demand builds.

Getting Ready for Your Segra Field Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at an outdoor stadium in Bolen Park where most guests arrive by car.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the gate without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Give yourself extra time for parking in and around Bolen Park, especially because Segra Field is primarily car-accessed.
• Wear the right footwear. Segra Field is an outdoor stadium with standard stadium seating and walkways, so comfortable shoes are a smart choice for moving around the venue.
• Dress in layers. The stadium is exposed to weather, so bring layers and sun or rain protection depending on conditions, particularly for spring and fall matches.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Since direct public transit is limited and the venue is primarily car-accessed, allow additional time for arrival, parking, and entry.
• Know your entrance. The compact single-bowl layout makes entrance navigation straightforward, and checking your ticket details before arriving can help you move through the gates efficiently.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
