About Ilani Cowlitz Ballroom

Entrances and Access: Guests enter through ilani Casino Resort and proceed to the Cowlitz Ballroom entrance inside the complex. Build in a few extra minutes to move from the resort entrance, parking area, or valet area to the ballroom.

Seating Levels: The ballroom uses a single-level flexible floor. Depending on the show, it may be arranged as fully reserved seating, mixed reserved seating with general admission, or an open-floor standing configuration.

Accessibility: ADA-accessible seating and parking are available at the resort. Accessible restrooms and services are provided throughout the property.

How Much Do Tickets to Ilani Cowlitz Ballroom Cost?

For tribute acts and smaller concerts, tickets can be found in the approximate $30–$75 range, with rear or side reserved sections often representing the most accessible price points.

Ilani Cowlitz Ballroom Seating Guide

Ilani Cowlitz Ballroom uses a flexible single-floor layout, so the seating experience can change from one event to the next. Some shows use reserved seating, others combine reserved seating with general admission, and some are set up as open-floor standing events.

Best Seats at Ilani Cowlitz Ballroom

• Best value: Rear and side sections in reserved configurations are typically the most affordable options, giving guests access to the room at a lower price while still keeping them inside a compact indoor venue.
• Closest to the action: Front-of-floor reserved rows or the front of the GA pit for standing shows put you nearest the stage and offer the most immediate connection to the performance.
• Best overall experience: Center sections nearest the stage offer the strongest sightlines, balancing proximity, visibility, and the energy of the room.
• Premium and suite options: Premium front seating and group or table arrangements are offered for select events, with options varying by configuration.
• For groups: Coordinating seats early is helpful for high-demand concerts and comedy shows, especially when the room is set with reserved sections or table arrangements.
• General admission: General admission is offered for some events, giving guests a more flexible standing-room experience when the show is configured that way.

Getting Ready for Your Ilani Cowlitz Ballroom Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at a resort venue where parking, casino entry, and ballroom access are all part of the arrival experience.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Cellular service can be congested when large crowds gather at the resort. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Give yourself time for parking, casino entry, and security screening, especially for sold-out shows off I-5.
• Wear the right footwear. The venue uses primarily flat indoor flooring, but standing-floor configurations can keep you on your feet for the show. Comfortable shoes are a smart choice.
• Dress in layers. Ilani Cowlitz Ballroom is an indoor, climate-controlled venue, while weather matters mainly for the outdoor walk from parking to the resort.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Arriving early helps account for parking flow, entry into the larger casino resort, and movement from the resort entrance to the ballroom.
• Know your entrance. Allow time to navigate from the resort entrance and parking areas to the ballroom inside the larger complex.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
