Getting Ready for Your Hawkins Amphitheater Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at an outdoor venue inside a regional park.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the gate without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Arrive early to allow time for parking and the walk through the park, particularly for larger or sold-out events.
• Wear the right footwear. The outdoor park setting can include natural surfaces and walking from parking, so comfortable, closed footwear is recommended.
• Dress in layers. Reno’s high-desert elevation of roughly 4,500 feet can bring warm days and sharply cooler evenings. Bring layers for outdoor events and sun protection for daytime shows.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
