Long Island University Sharks Hockey Tickets

Long Island University Sharks Hockey Tickets

There’s nothing quite like live hockey on Long Island—cold ice, fast shifts, and that unmistakable rink-side energy as the action builds toward puck drop. Whether you’ve followed the program since it launched or you’re planning your first game, Long Island University Sharks Hockey tickets put you inside the experience.

This page covers everything you need — from choosing the right seats at Northwell Health Ice Center to knowing what to expect when you arrive on game night.

About LIU Sharks Hockey

Long Island University’s Sharks hockey program launched for the 2020–21 season, making it one of the newest NCAA Division I ice hockey programs in the country. LIU competes in Division I with the men’s program skating as an independent, while the women’s program plays in the New England Women’s Hockey Alliance (NEWHA). With a young program still building its long-term identity, each season is another step in establishing what Sharks hockey will become.

The Sharks play at Northwell Health Ice Center in East Meadow, New York. Opened in 2015, the facility is located in Eisenhower Park and features multiple NHL-regulation sheets of ice—creating a true hockey-first environment that fits a developing program focused on growth and competition.

Because LIU’s men’s hockey team is a Division I independent, its schedule is built around matchups with a range of established programs rather than a set conference slate. On the women’s side, NEWHA opponents shape the league race and playoff push. If there’s a specific matchup you’re targeting, browsing Long Island University Sharks Hockey tickets early is the smartest move.
