About Florida State Volleyball

Florida State competes in NCAA Division I women’s volleyball as a member of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC), one of the deeper volleyball conferences in the country. The Seminoles have been a consistent NCAA Tournament participant over the years, regularly qualifying for the Division I Women’s Volleyball Championship and establishing themselves as a competitive program at the national level.

Across its history, Florida State volleyball has produced numerous All-ACC selections and AVCA All-Americans, with players also advancing to professional and international volleyball careers. Longtime head coaching leadership has helped shape the program into a steady postseason contender and a tough out in conference play.

On match day, the Seminoles play at Tully Gymnasium on Florida State’s campus in Tallahassee. With an approximate capacity of 2,000, the on-campus Arena setup creates a compact, energetic environment where fans sit close to the court—amplifying crowd noise, student support, and the momentum swings that make volleyball such a live-event favorite.

In addition to the weekly grind of ACC play, Florida State matchups against familiar opponents can drive major interest—especially the in-state rivalry with the Florida Gators and annual meetings with the Miami Hurricanes. ACC contests versus programs like Clemson, North Carolina, Louisville, and Pittsburgh also bring extra edge and intensity. If there’s a specific rivalry match you’re targeting, browsing Florida State Seminoles Volleyball tickets early is the smartest move.
