About Drexel Wrestling

Drexel Wrestling competes at the NCAA Division I level as a member of the Eastern Intercollegiate Wrestling Association (EIWA), one of the oldest wrestling conferences in the country. Over the program’s history, Drexel has produced NCAA qualifiers and All-Americans and regularly sends wrestlers to the NCAA Division I Wrestling Championships.

Home matches are held at the Daskalakis Athletic Center (the DAC), a multi-purpose on-campus Arena in University City, Philadelphia. Opened in 1975, the DAC seats approximately 2,500 fans and is known for an intimate, student-driven atmosphere that keeps spectators close to the mat for a true dual-meet experience.

In the EIWA, Drexel’s schedule is filled with competitive conference duals that can drive demand, including matchups against teams like the Rider Broncs and other regional opponents in the Philadelphia area.
