This page covers everything you need — from understanding how Blizzard Bash works to finding the right tickets and knowing what to expect when you arrive.

About Blizzard Bash

Blizzard Bash is an annual indoor demolition derby event held at the Stormont Vail Events Center in Topeka, Kansas. Scheduled for November 11–14, 2026, it brings four straight days of motorsports action to an enclosed arena setting, where the sound, speed, and impacts feel even bigger live.

Billed as the world’s largest indoor demolition derby, Blizzard Bash regularly draws over 250–300 drivers from around the country. The competition runs across multiple days with numerous classes and heat races. Drivers compete on the arena floor in an elimination format where the last operational vehicles advance, building toward feature finals that cap the weekend.

There’s also real money—and real bragging rights—on the line. The event features a total prize pool of more than $270,000 in cash prizes, including top payouts of approximately $56,000 for 1st place and $31,000 for 2nd place in the premier class. With a reputation as a premier demolition derby competition in North America, it’s a can’t-miss November destination for derby fans. If you’re planning to attend Blizzard Bash, browsing tickets early is the smartest move.

How Much Do Blizzard Bash Tickets Cost?

Blizzard Bash tickets typically range from around $20 to $30 for general admission/upper-level seating to $50–$80+ or more for premium lower-level and reserved seating, with premium packages running higher.

A few factors can move prices up or down. The day or session of the weekend matters, with feature-final nights often carrying higher demand. Seating proximity to the arena floor is another major driver—closer views tend to command higher prices. Timing matters too: buying earlier can help you access more seating choices before inventory tightens for popular derby nights.

No hidden fees. At Box Office Ticket Sales, the price you see is the price you pay. All fees are shown before checkout — no surprise charges when you reach the final step.

• Best overall view: Lower-bowl seating with trackside / floor-level seating sightlines — strong views of the action on the arena floor

Getting Ready for Blizzard Bash Derby Night

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation goes a long way — especially for a loud indoor motorsports weekend where you’ll want to get in smoothly and stay comfortable once the engines fire.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Cellular service near large events can get congested on derby nights. Save them to your phone's wallet or screenshot them as a backup.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is the standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having.
• Arrive early. Give yourself extra time for entry and security, especially on high-demand dates.
• Parking: On-site parking is available at the Stormont Vail Events Center complex.
• What to bring: Hearing protection is recommended for the loud indoor engine and crash noise; dress warmly for the November season.
