Location & Transportation

Sharkey's Event Center is located at 7240 Oswego Rd., Liverpool, NY 13090 — on Oswego Road / Route 57 in a suburban Liverpool setting northwest of Syracuse.

Driving and Parking: Access is primarily by car via Oswego Road, also known as Route 57. On-site and surrounding lot parking is typical for a suburban venue of this kind, and popular shows can draw heavier arrival traffic close to event time.

Transit: Sharkey's Event Center sits in a car-oriented suburban area with limited practical public transit for most eventgoers. Driving or using rideshare is generally the more direct option.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft serve the greater Syracuse area and can be practical for reaching the venue. For larger concerts and outdoor events, allow for typical post-event pickup waits as crowds exit around the same time.

Nearby Accommodation: Lodging is available in the Liverpool and Clay area near Route 57, with additional hotel clusters in nearby Syracuse, including areas around Interstate 81 and the Carrier Circle / Electronics Parkway corridor.

Venue Navigation

Sharkey's Event Center uses a flexible event layout that can shift between indoor shows and larger outdoor-capacity events. Understanding the ticket tier you selected is especially helpful because concerts can include general admission as well as premium or prime viewing and seating options.

Seating Levels: Concerts are commonly offered with general admission plus premium or prime viewing and seating tiers. General admission provides flexible positioning, while premium or prime areas are sold as upgraded locations closer to the stage.

Outside the Venue — Oswego Road and Route 57

Additional dining options are available along the Oswego Road / Route 57 commercial corridor in Liverpool. Eventgoers can also find more restaurants in nearby Clay and Syracuse, making it easy to plan a meal before heading to the venue.

Security & Policies

Sharkey's Event Center maintains security and venue policies that are updated regularly and may vary by event. Before attending, reviewing the current policy on the venue's official website is strongly recommended.

How Much Do Tickets to Sharkey's Event Center Cost?

Sharkey's Event Center ticket prices vary significantly depending on the type of event, the artist, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from low-cost recurring bar events to touring rock concerts with premium and prime viewing options.

For concerts, general admission tickets are often the most affordable way in, with representative pricing around $35–$45. GA works well for fans who want flexibility and are comfortable with a standing-room concert atmosphere.

Premium or prime viewing and seating tickets for concerts typically run higher, often around $55–$70. These upgraded tiers are priced above GA because they offer closer or more defined positioning near the stage.

Bar nights and recurring events are often free to low-cost, depending on the specific event format and programming. For ticketed shows, the performing artist, GA versus premium tier, and demand for the date are the biggest price drivers.

Buying earlier generally gives you better availability and a clearer choice between general admission and limited premium or prime seating. As inventory narrows closer to the event date, the best remaining options can become harder to find.

Getting Ready for Your Sharkey's Event Center Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at a flexible indoor-outdoor venue on Route 57.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.

• Wear the right footwear. Standing-room GA is common for concerts, so comfortable footwear is a smart choice for shows without reserved seats.
• Dress in layers. Outdoor events are exposed to Central New York weather, so dress for conditions and potential temperature swings during warmer months.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Give yourself a wider arrival window when attendance is expected to be strong, especially if you want convenient parking or a preferred GA spot.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
