Getting Ready for Show Night

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation makes the full experience run smoothly from arrival through the final bow.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Cell service around the arena can be congested on busy performance days. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before heading out so you're ready at the door without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard at most venues. A portable battery pack is worth having, especially if you're combining the show with dinner or other activities.
• Arrive at least 30 minutes before showtime. Arena doors open well before the show begins; arriving early gives you time to find your seats and settle in before the house lights go down — and avoids the disruption of late seating, which many venues restrict.
• Plan for the intermission. Disney On Ice: Mickey's Search Party runs approximately 2 hours, including one intermission. Lines for concessions, merchandise, and restrooms can build quickly once the break begins.
• Know the venue's phone and photography policy. Non-flash photography is generally permitted for personal use, while professional cameras and video recording are typically prohibited. Policies may vary by venue, so review your arena's guidelines before arrival.
• For families. The production is appropriate for all ages and designed as family-friendly entertainment. Because it includes music, lighting effects, skating stunts, aerial elements, and a full arena atmosphere, preparing younger children for the energy of the show can help everyone enjoy the experience.
