About RPI Engineers Tennis

RPI Engineers tennis competes in NCAA Division III as a member of the Liberty League. As part of Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute in Troy, New York, RPI athletics are known for a strong overall sports tradition, including the school’s nationally recognized men’s ice hockey history (NCAA championships in 1954 and 1985).

Within Division III, RPI tennis faces a challenging Liberty League schedule in the Northeast, with results and conference positioning that can change season to season. The program is built around student-athletes balancing collegiate competition with RPI’s rigorous academic environment.
