About The Dome Arena

The Dome Arena is a multi-purpose indoor venue located at 2695 E Henrietta Rd. in Henrietta, New York, south of Rochester. The venue seats approximately 4,086 guests in its larger configurations, including about 2,164 permanent seats and additional seating added for select event layouts. Its defining feature is a large self-supporting dome roof that creates a column-free interior, giving event organizers roughly 25,000 square feet of unobstructed floor space.

The Dome Arena hosts consumer and trade shows, expos, concerts, banquets and private functions, recreational and sporting activities, and community gatherings. Its flexible floor supports both seated and open-floor formats, making it a practical setting for events that need room to adapt. The venue has long served as a community and regional event facility in the Rochester-area town of Henrietta, and the Town of Henrietta has pursued grant funding toward revitalization of the Dome Arena.

Known as The Dome and Roc Dome Arena, The Dome Arena stands out for its open interior, permanent seating base, and large flexible floor beneath its distinctive dome roof.

How Much Do Tickets to The Dome Arena Cost?

The Dome Arena ticket prices vary significantly depending on the type of event, the performer or promoter, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from consumer expos and community gatherings to concerts and large private functions.

The Dome Arena ticket prices vary based on the event, seat location, and demand. Premium and lower-level seats are in high demand, while upper-level sections offer strong value.

For higher-demand events, buying earlier generally yields better seat selection and pricing. As inventory shrinks and the event date approaches, prices for the best remaining sections can rise, especially when a popular show, expo, or special event draws strong local interest.

The Dome Arena Seating Guide

The Dome Arena seating is shaped by its single-level design, permanent seating, added-event seating, and open column-free floor. Because the venue can be configured for concerts, expos, banquets, and community events, reviewing the seating layout before buying helps you choose the experience that fits your event best.

Best Seats at The Dome Arena

• Best value: Permanent seating can offer a straightforward way to see the event while keeping the floor layout in view, especially for shows and expo-style events where broad visibility matters.
• Closest to the action: Floor-oriented areas place guests nearest the central event setup when the venue is configured for concerts, presentations, recreational activities, or open-floor formats.
• Best overall experience: Seats with a centered view into the column-free arena floor can provide a strong balance of visibility, access, and atmosphere across many event configurations.
• For groups: For larger shows, expos, and gatherings, choosing seats early helps groups coordinate together before the best contiguous options are reduced by demand.

Getting Ready for Your The Dome Arena Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical steps make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at a flexible event venue where layouts and crowd flow can change by event type.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Arriving early helps secure convenient on-site parking for larger shows and expos.
• Wear the right footwear. The Dome Arena has a single-level, flat arena floor, which helps with movement inside the venue, but comfortable shoes are still a smart choice for expos, standing events, and longer visits.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Larger shows and expos can bring more cars into the on-site parking areas, so planning an early arrival gives you more time to park and get inside.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
