About ONE Spokane Stadium

ONE Spokane Stadium is a multi-use outdoor stadium located at 509 W. Garner in downtown Spokane, Washington. The venue opened in September 2023 after being approved by voters in a 2018 measure, and it is owned and operated by Spokane Public Schools in partnership with the Spokane Public Facilities District. With seating for just under 5,000 fans for soccer, it offers a compact stadium bowl designed around football and soccer.

The stadium is home to Spokane Velocity FC of USL League One and Spokane Zephyr FC of the USL Super League, giving Spokane its first professional soccer teams. It also serves as a central hub for Spokane Public Schools high school football and soccer programs, including regular-season games and championship-caliber events. Its event calendar is built around professional soccer from roughly March through October, along with school athletic events during the fall and spring seasons.

As a modern downtown stadium with a community-centered role, ONE Spokane Stadium is known for bringing pro soccer and public-school athletics together in a roughly 5,000-seat outdoor setting.

Location & Transportation

ONE Spokane Stadium is located at 509 W. Garner, Spokane, WA 99201 — in downtown Spokane near the Spokane Arena district.

Driving and Parking: Parking is available in nearby downtown lots and garages, with surface lots in the surrounding area. For peak-attendance matches and school events, arriving early is important because nearby lots can fill before kickoff.

Transit: The stadium is served by Spokane Transit Authority bus routes, and the STA Plaza transit hub is nearby in the downtown core. Transit can be a practical option for fans coming from other parts of Spokane, especially when downtown parking demand is high.

Rideshare: Rideshare drop-off and pickup work well with the stadium’s downtown location. After the final whistle, expect some congestion on surrounding streets as fans leave the area.

Nearby Accommodation: Downtown Spokane offers numerous hotel options within walking or short-drive distance, including properties near the Spokane Arena and the central business district.

Venue Navigation

ONE Spokane Stadium is a compact, single-bowl outdoor stadium, so understanding the basic layout before arrival can help you move from the gate to your seats more smoothly. The stadium’s scale keeps fans close to the field, with seating arranged around the pitch for soccer and the field for football.

Entrances and Access: Main entrances serve the downtown-facing sides of the stadium, and guests enter through gates into the seating bowl. Digital ticket verification and screening are part of the entry process, so having tickets ready before reaching the gate helps keep the line moving.

Seating Levels: Seating is arranged in a single bowl of roughly 5,000 seats around the field. The layout keeps the focus on the playing surface, with lower rows closest to the action and other sections offering a wider view across the pitch or football field.

Accessibility: ADA-accessible seating and services are provided consistent with a modern public facility that opened in 2023.

Dining Options

Inside ONE Spokane Stadium

Concessions are available inside ONE Spokane Stadium, including standard stadium fare and beverages. For popular matches and high-attendance school events, visiting concessions before kickoff or during quieter points in the event can help reduce time spent in line.

Outside the Venue — Downtown Spokane

Downtown Spokane offers a broad dining scene near the stadium, including restaurants and bars throughout the downtown core and around the Spokane Arena and Riverfront Park area. Fans looking to make a full outing of match day can find pre-event and post-event options within walking or short-drive distance.

Security & Policies

ONE Spokane Stadium maintains security and venue policies that are updated regularly and may vary by event. Before attending, reviewing the current policy on the venue's official website is strongly recommended.

Bag Policy: A clear-bag or limited-bag policy consistent with modern stadium standards is typical. Reviewing the event-specific bag policy before arrival helps prevent delays at security.

Commonly Prohibited Items: Weapons, outside food and drink, and other items restricted under standard stadium security policy are commonly prohibited. Items that create a safety concern can also be restricted at entry.

Entry Procedures: Expect bag checks, security screening, and digital ticket verification consistent with modern stadium entry. Arriving with a compliant bag and pre-downloaded tickets speeds entry.

How Much Do Tickets to ONE Spokane Stadium Cost?

ONE Spokane Stadium ticket prices vary significantly depending on the type of event, the team, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from high school soccer to professional soccer matches.

For professional soccer, including Spokane Velocity FC and Spokane Zephyr FC matches, tickets are typically modestly priced for a single match. Entry-level seats can often start in the roughly $15–$40 range, with pricing varying by seat location, opponent, and demand.

For high school football and soccer, tickets are generally lower-priced, with general-admission-style pricing typically under $15. Championship events, rivalry games, and peak-attendance dates can draw stronger demand.

Buying earlier generally gives you better seat selection for higher-demand matches. As inventory shrinks and the event date approaches, the best remaining sections can become harder to find, especially for marquee opponents, playoff dates, and popular school events.

ONE Spokane Stadium Seating Guide

ONE Spokane Stadium’s seating layout is worth understanding before buying because it is a compact, single-bowl stadium with just under 5,000 seats around the field. That setup keeps sightlines straightforward while making seat location especially important for fans who want midfield views or lower-row proximity.

Best Seats at ONE Spokane Stadium

• Best value: General seating sections farther from midfield are typically the most affordable. These seats still benefit from the stadium’s compact scale, giving fans a strong view without moving into the highest-demand areas.
• Closest to the action: Lower rows near field level put fans nearest to the pitch for soccer and close to the action for football.
• Best overall experience: Midfield and center-pitch seats offer the strongest overall sightlines in the single-bowl layout, balancing proximity, perspective, and the full view of play.
• For groups: Coordinating seats early is helpful for high-demand matches and school events, especially when you want everyone together in the same section or row.

Getting Ready for Your ONE Spokane Stadium Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical preparations make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at an outdoor stadium in downtown Spokane.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the gate without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Arrive early for peak-attendance events, as downtown lots and surrounding streets can fill before kickoff.
• Wear the right footwear. ONE Spokane Stadium is an outdoor stadium with standard concourse areas and seating-bowl stairs, so comfortable footwear is advisable.
• Dress in layers. As an open-air venue, the stadium is exposed to Spokane’s seasonal weather. Layers are especially useful for spring and fall matches, when evenings can be cool.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Downtown parking and surrounding streets can get busy before popular matches, so give yourself additional time to park, walk, enter, and find your seats.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
