About Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino

Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is a tribal resort and casino owned and operated by the Cabazon Band of Mission Indians. The casino opened in the 1990s, while the resort hotel and expanded Special Events Center opened in 2004–2005. Located in Indio, California, the property includes a dedicated indoor Special Events Center that accommodates approximately 2,000–3,500 guests depending on the event configuration.

The venue is a prominent entertainment destination in the Coachella Valley, known for bringing touring acts to the Indio and Palm Springs area. Its event mix includes concerts across classic rock, country, Latin, R&B, and pop, along with comedy shows, boxing, MMA events, and other live entertainment. The resort setting also gives guests access to a casino, hotel tower, multiple restaurants, a golf course, and a bowling and entertainment center on the same property.

Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is known for combining a casino-resort experience with an intimate indoor Special Events Center used for concerts and live entertainment.

Location & Transportation

Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is located at 84-245 Indio Springs Pkwy, Indio, CA 92203 — directly off Interstate 10 near the Golf Center Parkway and Indio Springs Parkway area in the Coachella Valley.

Driving and Parking: Access is overwhelmingly by car for most visitors. The resort offers extensive free self-parking and valet parking on-site, making driving the most practical way to reach the venue. For larger events, parking can fill closer to show time, so arriving early gives you more time to park and walk through the resort complex.

Rideshare: Uber and Lyft operate throughout the Coachella Valley, and the resort has designated drop-off and pickup areas at the main entrance. After large shows, post-event waits can occur because of the desert location and concentrated departure traffic.

Transit: SunLine Transit Agency serves the Coachella Valley with bus routes in the Indio area, but public transit is limited for this venue. For most visitors, transit is less practical than driving or using rideshare.

Nearby Accommodation: The on-site Fantasy Springs hotel tower is the most convenient lodging option for attending an event. Additional hotels are available in Indio and throughout the greater Palm Springs and Coachella Valley area.

Venue Navigation

Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino is a resort and casino complex with the Special Events Center located inside the property. Planning your arrival helps first-time visitors move from parking or rideshare through the casino complex and into the event space without rushing.

Entrances and Access: Main entry is through the resort and casino. The Special Events Center and box office are located within the casino complex, with the box office inside the casino.

Seating Levels: The Special Events Center is an indoor theater-style venue with floor and tiered reserved seating configurations that vary by event. Some events use a more traditional reserved-seat setup, while the exact arrangement can shift based on the show or production.

Accessibility: Accessible parking and ADA-accessible seating and services are available as part of the modern resort venue.

Dining Options

Inside Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino

Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino offers multiple full-service restaurants, bars, and casino dining options, along with concessions and bar service during events. Alcohol is available on-site, making it easy to plan dinner, drinks, or a quick bite before heading into the Special Events Center.

Outside the Venue — Indio and the Coachella Valley

Additional dining is available throughout Indio and the Coachella Valley. Nearby options include restaurants along Golf Center Parkway and dining in downtown Indio, with more choices spread across the greater Palm Springs area.

Security & Policies

Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino maintains security and venue policies that are updated regularly and may vary by event. Before attending, reviewing the current policy on the venue's official website is strongly recommended.

Bag Policy: Bags are typically subject to inspection at entry, and large bags may be restricted for events. Bringing a small, easy-to-screen bag can help make entry smoother.

Commonly Prohibited Items: Weapons, outside food and drink, and professional recording equipment are commonly prohibited at ticketed events. As a casino property, standard gaming-floor restrictions also apply.

Entry Procedures: Expect bag checks and ticket verification at the Special Events Center. Digital tickets are standard, and arriving with tickets ready on your phone helps speed up the entry process. As a tribal casino, guests must be 21+ to enter gaming areas.

How Much Do Tickets to Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino Cost?

Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino ticket prices vary significantly depending on the type of event, the artist or fighter, seating section, and demand — which is what you'd expect from a venue that hosts everything from comedy shows to boxing and MMA events.

Concert tickets for regional and legacy acts can be approximately $40–$120, with prices driven by the headlining artist, demand, and seat proximity to the stage.

Comedy show tickets can be approximately $35–$90, with closer reserved seats and higher-demand performers typically priced above entry-level options.

Boxing and MMA event tickets can be approximately $40–$150 or more, with stage- or ring-adjacent seating and high-demand fight cards pushing prices higher.

For higher-demand shows at this intimate venue, buying earlier generally secures better seat selection and pricing. As inventory shrinks and the event date approaches, the best remaining seats often become more competitive.

Getting Ready for Your Fantasy Springs Resort & Casino Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical steps make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at a resort and casino complex where parking, dining, and the Special Events Center are all part of the same property.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Allow time for parking and walking through the casino to the Special Events Center, especially for large events when parking fills closer to show time.
• Wear the right footwear. The venue is indoor and climate-controlled with level access, but you should still expect standard walking within the resort complex.
• Dress in layers. The Special Events Center is indoors and climate-controlled, while the surrounding desert can be very hot by day and cool at night when you arrive or depart.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Driving is the primary access method, and arriving early gives you more flexibility for parking and navigating the property.
• Know your entrance. The Special Events Center and box office are inside the casino, so knowing that layout before you arrive helps first-time visitors move through the resort efficiently.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
