Getting Ready for Your Brookshire Grocery Arena Event

Once your tickets are confirmed, a few practical steps make your visit run significantly smoother — especially at a multi-purpose arena where on-site parking can fill before showtime.

• Download your tickets before you leave. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before departing so you're ready at the arena entrance without needing a signal.
• Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening.
• Arrive early. Give yourself extra time for entry, parking, and security, especially on high-demand nights when lots fill and traffic builds before showtime.
• Build extra time into your transit plan. Popular events can bring heavier vehicle traffic around the arena, so leaving early helps reduce stress before the show or event begins.
• Know your entrance. Your section and level appear on the ticket, so a quick look before arriving can save time at larger events.
• Check the bag policy in advance. Reviewing the venue's guidelines before packing prevents delays at security.
