The Harlem Globetrotters Tickets
From the “Magic Circle” warmups set to the whistled notes of “Sweet Georgia Brown” to the crowd-pleasing trick shots and comedy routines, a Harlem Globetrotters show turns a night at the arena into a full-on basketball entertainment event. Whether you’ve followed the team for years or you’re planning your first show, The Harlem Globetrotters tickets put you inside the action from tip-off to the final laugh.
This page covers everything you need — from choosing the right seats at the host arena to knowing what to expect when you arrive on game night.
About the Harlem Globetrotters
Founded in 1926, the Harlem Globetrotters are basketball’s most famous exhibition and entertainment team, recognized worldwide for showmanship on the court. While the organization began as a competitive team in its early decades—highlighted by winning the 1940 World Professional Basketball Tournament—the Globetrotters evolved into a touring phenomenon and were inducted into the Naismith Memorial Basketball Hall of Fame as a team in 2002. The Globetrotters’ legacy includes iconic names like Meadowlark Lemon, Marques Haynes, Curly Neal, and founder Abe Saperstein, along with Hall of Fame legend Wilt Chamberlain, who played for the team in the late 1950s.
Because they’re a touring organization, The Harlem Globetrotters don’t have one fixed home arena. Instead, they perform in host arenas across North America and worldwide—often the same style of large NBA/NHL arenas, college arenas, and civic centers you’re used to for major events. Capacity and building layout vary by tour stop, but the atmosphere is reliably family-friendly and high-energy, with music, comedy, and audience participation built into the experience.
The Globetrotters’ most famous and long-running “opponent” is the Washington Generals, the perennial foil that helps drive the show’s classic storyline. If there’s a specific matchup or tour stop you’re targeting, browsing The Harlem Globetrotters tickets early is the smartest move.

How Much Do The Harlem Globetrotters Tickets Cost?
The Harlem Globetrotters tickets typically range from around $25 to $40 for upper-level seating to $100–$200+ or more for premium lower-bowl, courtside, and VIP/"Magic Pass" experience packages, with suites and hospitality packages running higher.
Pricing is driven heavily by the host market and venue size, your seat location (for example, courtside versus upper level), and add-ons like VIP/Magic Pass experiences. The day of week and overall demand for each tour stop can also shift the market, especially when shows land on popular dates.

The Harlem Globetrotters Seating at the Host Arena
Because The Harlem Globetrotters are a touring team, seating options depend on the host arena. In many large arenas, you’ll see a familiar lower-bowl/club/upper-level structure, with special floor and courtside sections added around the court for a closer-than-usual view of the show.
Best Seats for The Harlem Globetrotters Games
The right seat depends on what kind of game night experience you're after:
- Best value: Upper-level and corner sections — elevated full view, crowd energy, lower price point
- Closest to the action: Lower-bowl sections and floor seating — feel the pace up close
- Best overall view: Center-court lower-bowl sections near courtside — strong sightlines, plays developing across the court
- For groups and premium experiences: Courtside/floor seating, suites, and club sections (where available), plus premium Magic Pass experiences — comfort and a more elevated event-night experience
If you’re organizing a group outing, it’s smart to lock in seats early for high-demand tour stops and prime dates.

Getting Ready for Harlem Globetrotters Game Night
Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation goes a long way — especially since policies and entry procedures can vary from arena to arena by tour stop.
- Download your tickets before you leave. Mobile service near the arena gets congested on game nights. Save them to your phone's wallet or screenshot them as a backup.
- Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is the standard, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having.
- Arrive early. Doors at Globetrotters shows typically open about one to one and a half hours before tip-off, allowing time for pre-show “Magic Pass” experiences.
- Use public transit if you can — it's often faster than driving on game night.
- Plan your rideshare pickup point — post-game pickups near the arena can take longer than expected.
- Check the bag policy before you go so there are no surprises at the entrance.
