About Southeastern Louisiana Lions Basketball

Southeastern Louisiana Lions men’s basketball competes at the NCAA Division I level in the Southland Conference, representing Southeastern Louisiana University in Hammond, Louisiana. In the program’s Division I era, the Lions have pushed for the Southland’s automatic NCAA Tournament bid through the conference tournament, building competitive teams in league play. One notable coaching chapter includes Jay Ladner, who went 17-16 in the 2018-19 season before departing for Southern Miss.
