About Buena Vista Basketball

Buena Vista University’s Beavers compete in NCAA Division III basketball as a member of the American Rivers Conference (A-R-C). The A-R-C is an Iowa-based Division III league that was known for much of its history as the Iowa Intercollegiate Athletic Conference (IIAC) before rebranding in 2018, and conference champions earn NCAA Division III Tournament berths.

Buena Vista plays its home games at Siebens Fieldhouse on the Storm Lake campus. As the home for BVU indoor athletics (including basketball), Siebens Fieldhouse delivers a classic college basketball setting where you can track every possession and feel the momentum swings as they build toward tip-off.

On the schedule, many of the biggest nights come in American Rivers Conference play against familiar Iowa rivals. Games against Central College (Dutch), Wartburg College (Knights), Simpson College (Storm), and Loras College (Duhawks) can draw extra interest—so if there’s a specific rivalry game you’re targeting, browsing Buena Vista Univesity Basketball tickets early is the smartest move.
