Kontravoid Tickets

Cold synths, pulsing electronic rhythms, and a dark club atmosphere define the Kontravoid live experience. If you're looking for Kontravoid tickets, you already know the appeal: immersive darkwave / dark electronic music built for intimate rooms, late-night dance floors, and genre-focused festival crowds.

This page covers everything you need — from what to expect at a Kontravoid live show to finding the right seats and buying with confidence.

About Kontravoid

Kontravoid is the solo project of Toronto-based musician Cameron Findlay, active since approximately 2011. Emerging from Toronto, Ontario, Canada, the project developed a cold, synth-driven identity rooted in darkwave, dark electronic, EBM, industrial, and synth-based electronic music.

The project’s self-titled 2013 debut album established Kontravoid’s brooding electronic sound, while releases like Too Deep and Faceless broadened the project’s reach within the dark electronic scene. Kontravoid has become a recognized name in the modern darkwave and dark electronic revival, building a devoted international underground following through club shows, genre festival appearances, and releases that connect with goth, industrial, and electronic audiences.

Kontravoid remains active and touring, with a regular presence on the international dark electronic circuit. For fans drawn to synth-heavy production, moody vocals, and danceable underground electronic music, Kontravoid tickets offer access to one of the scene’s distinctive live acts.

Why You Want to See Kontravoid Live

A Kontravoid concert is built around atmosphere and movement. The music pairs deep, reverb-soaked vocals with layered analog and digital synthesizers, propulsive programmed drum patterns, and a distinctly dark production style. In a club or music hall, those elements come through with a direct, physical impact.

The live appeal comes from the balance between brooding darkwave textures and club-oriented momentum. Songs like “Too Deep,” “Faceless,” “Undone,” and “Wake” fit naturally in a room of dedicated dark electronic fans, where the set can shift from immersive listening to body-moving EBM energy without losing its moody edge.

Kontravoid also draws a scene-driven crowd — goth, darkwave, industrial, and electronic music fans who come ready for the full atmosphere. That makes the show feel intimate, focused, and communal, especially in smaller venues where the distance between the audience and the stage is part of the experience.

What to Expect at a Kontravoid Concert

At a Kontravoid concert, expect a dark, synth-forward live electronic set designed for club and music-hall spaces. Kontravoid frequently appears on multi-act dark electronic, darkwave, and genre festival bills, so the night often has a strong underground scene feel from start to finish.

The set typically draws from across the project’s catalog, emphasizing darker and more danceable tracks that fit the club atmosphere. Material from Kontravoid, Too Deep, and Faceless gives the performance a blend of early cold-synth intensity and later brooding electronic momentum.

The crowd is usually made up of committed goth, darkwave, industrial, and electronic music fans. The room’s energy tends to be immersive rather than casual, with fans locked into the mood, rhythm, and visual atmosphere.

Production is focused and atmospheric, with moody lighting and synth-forward live electronics suited to intimate club and music-hall settings. The result is a performance built for both listening closely and dancing through the darker, driving parts of the set.

How Much Do Tickets to Kontravoid Cost?

Kontravoid tickets typically range from around $20 to $45 for general-admission club and music-hall shows, with festival passes available at higher price points where applicable depending on the venue and market.

Prices are shaped by venue size and market, whether the event is a standalone club show or part of a festival lineup, and the regional strength of the dark electronic scene. Smaller rooms in cities with strong goth, industrial, and darkwave communities can move quickly because availability is limited.

Buying earlier generally gives you better availability, especially for club shows in strong markets. As the date approaches and inventory shrinks, the best remaining options can become harder to find.

> No hidden fees. At Box Office Ticket Sales, the price you see is the price you pay. All fees are shown before checkout — no surprise charges when you reach the final step.

Kontravoid Seating Guide

Kontravoid typically plays clubs, small-to-mid-size theaters, music halls, and genre festival stages. Because the experience is built around proximity, atmosphere, and the energy of the room, it is worth thinking through your viewing angle and distance from the stage before buying.

Best Seats for a Kontravoid Concert

The right seat depends on what kind of show experience you're after:

Best value: General-admission areas farther from the stage — these can offer strong access to the full room energy while keeping the price approachable.
Closest to the stage: Front-of-stage areas in club and music-hall settings — these put you nearest to the performance and tend to draw the most dedicated fans.
Best overall experience: Central floor or reserved music-hall sections with a clear view — these balance sound, sightline, proximity, and crowd movement.
For groups: Coordinate early if you want to stay together, especially for popular dark electronic bills where space in preferred areas can disappear quickly.

You can view an interactive seating map for Kontravoid shows directly on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com while browsing available listings. The map lets you compare sections side by side, check row depth and distance from the stage, and see real-time pricing for what's currently available — all before committing to a purchase.

Can I See Where My Seats Are?

Yes. The interactive seat map on BoxOfficeTicketSales.com shows your exact section and row placement before you buy. Use it to understand your angle to the stage, your distance from the front, and whether you're in a general-admission area or a reserved music-hall section — so the tickets you choose match exactly what you're looking for on show night.

Getting Ready for Show Night

Once your tickets are confirmed, a little preparation makes the whole evening run smoother — from the parking lot to the final encore.

Download your tickets before you leave. Cell service around clubs and small-to-mid-size music halls gets congested as show time approaches. Save your tickets to your phone's wallet or screenshot them before heading out so you're not searching at the gate.
Charge your phone fully. Digital ticketing is standard at most venues, and your phone is your entry. A portable battery pack is worth having for a full evening out.
Arrive before the opener. Openers often start close to the listed show time, and gate lines build quickly — getting there 45–60 minutes early puts you in your seat before the energy builds.
Check the venue's bag policy before you go. Individual venues set their own security guidelines; reviewing them before you leave home prevents delays at the entrance.
