The Taco Bell Arena on the campus of Boise State University, in Boise, Idaho is primarily a sports venue. It is home to the Boise State Broncos basketball, wrestling and gymnastics teams. Its current seating capacity is 12,542, for basketball, slightly less for other configurations. Concerts show up, too, especially in the off-season and it is also the site of the University’s Graduation ceremony as well the local high school. The Web site is still incomplete, but most of the needed information is there, along with ticket sales, concert information, a map of the venue, its parking facilities and the surrounding university buildings.
Ticket policy is fair. When the star of a recently scheduled concert unexpectedly canceled, all those who purchased tickets at the box office were given refunds. Electronic ticketing is available, a convenience that eliminates the what-did-I-do-with-the-tickets dilemma. It is recommended that people with special accessibility needs purchase handicapped parking space tickets in advance.
