The Macon Centreplex is a multi-purpose complex in Macon, GA, which includes an auditorium, a sports and entertainment arena (called The Coliseum), and a convention center. The Macon Centreplex is the largest complex of its kind outside of the Atlanta area, and the 9,252 seat arena can accommodate hockey, indoor football, concerts, and other events. Built in 1968, it’s been the home to a number of sports teams over the years, but the one thing that’s remained constant since the beginning is the Georgia High School Association Basketball Championships.
The Macon Centreplex box office currently has tickets available for a variety of different events. At the end of March is the All American Lumberjack Show, which features the best lumberjacks competing in tests of skill and feats of strength. Then in April is the TNA Wrestling World Tour, as well as Brant Gibley’s “Let It Ride” tour. There’s always plenty of great entertainment at the Macon Centreplex.
