Giant Center Tickets
Located in Hershey, Pennsylvania, the Giant Center is a 10,500-seat multi-use facility
that is home to the Hershey Bears of the American Hockey League. Opened in 2002,
the building was constructed as a replacement for the Hersheypark Arena, which was
demolished that same year.
In addition to hosting home games for the Hershey Bears, the stadium has held concerts
and entertainment events for a number of famous attractions. Cher performed first at the
center in 2002, and events like American Idol Live!, World Wrestling Entertainment
and the Harlem Globetrotters have been held there. Presidential candidate John McCain
appeared at a rally there in 2008, and its largest crowd ever came in 2010 when the
Hershey Bears hosted the Texas Stars and 11,002 fans in the Calder Cup finals of the
AHL tournament.
Owned by the Derry Township Industrial and Commercial Development Authority
and operated by Hershey Entertainment, this venue continues to bring excitement and
entertainment to the Hershey area.
